1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

  • By ordering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT.

  • Payment can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (Malta only).

  • Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.

4. Shipping

  • Mainland Malta: Free shipping for orders over €35.00; €5.00 for orders under €35.00.

  • Gozo: Free shipping for orders over €75.00; €7.00 for orders under €75.00.

  • International: Shipping rates calculated at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 14 days for unopened, unused products in original packaging.

  • Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, contact info@cosmocoremalta.com for a free return and refund or replacement.

6. Product Information

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. Slight variations may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • CosmoCore Malta is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, except as required by law.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the new terms
