Refund Policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused cosmetics within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned. If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us for a free return and full refund or replacement. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated. Refunds are processed to your original payment method after inspection.
